The ‘Go To’ BBQ tastes
I have family and friends who took to the Wood Pellet / Smoker / Pizza Oven / Jerky /5 in 1 Grill craze. And now they are all grillin’ experts. WelI will have to say, I have never had a bad meal from them. I figured after several years of experience, it was time to find out their favorites rubs, spices and sauces. So gentlemen, how do you season your meats?
The first sauce Nathan suggests is Bachan’s Japanese Barbecue sauce. Used to finish burnt ends but also great on chicken.
